MORNING

DAY

Next, sit down for brunch at Bouchon, Thomas Keller’s casual French bistro on the hotel’s 10th floor. Book a cabana at the pool for the afternoon, and feel transported to the Italian seaside with an Aperol Spritz.

EVENING

In the early evening, walk through the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, featuring 160 specialty stores—including Gucci, Christian Louboutin, and Cartier—selling luxury clothing, shoes, jewelry, and more. Make a reservation at David Chang’s steakhouse Majordōmo Meat & Fish, where you find a dramatically-presented tomahawk ribeye alongside a full vegan menu, plus creative cocktails and sake. Save some energy for a nightcap set to a live DJ set at TAO Nightclub.

MORNING

A classic Las Vegas tradition that will appeal to the whole family, start the day at an over-the-top buffet like the 25,000-square foot Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace.

Once everyone has had their fill of some 100 different options, head for the the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay for an up-close look at not only sharks, but giant rays, endangered green sea turtles, and other exotic sealife. For a little more one-on-one time, book a 45-minute program to learn about (and feed!) sea turtles, sharks, or stingrays.

DAY

Make for the Big Apple Coaster at New York-New York Hotel and Casino to zoom around with views of the Strip. Before dinner, take a stroll down Fremont Street, the lively pedestrian mall with street performers, acoustic music, and a zip line, then cut off to check out the Neon Museum with it’s glitzy displays of antique casino signs.

EVENING

For dinner, venture off the Strip to try Honey Salt, a hometown favorite with plates like savory monkey bread, buttermilk fried chicken, and homemade Key Lime pie.

DAY

The Las Vegas Strip, the bustling stretch lined with glittering casinos, can actually be romantic, depending on where you look. Take a leisurely stroll past landmarks like the Grand Canal at the Venetian and the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas. At the exact half scale of the original, you can buy a ticket to the viewing deck on the 46th floor for epic views of the city skyline.

EVENING

In the evening, catch the choreographed fountain show set to music at the Bellagio before dining at Mizumi. At the modern Japanese restaurant inside the Wynn, tables overlook a koi pond and dramatic rock fountain. Finish the day with a show at Cirque du Soleil. The iconic circus acrobatic show has different performances in several resorts, including The Beatles LOVE at The Mirage Hotel and Casino.
